Fix freezing when 16k cartridge is inserted #57

Disable cartridge at 0xFFD37FB and force EXROM & GAME at 0xFFD37FD. Fixes: https://github.com/MEGA65/mega65-freezemenu/issues/56

Sorry, my editor doesn't like trailing spaces, so it stripped them from those two lines at 104 and 106.
