Unless I overlooked something, mega65-tools is missing a declaration of an open source license. A couple of MEGA65 projects are using Lesser GPL v3.0. mega65-libc is using a an LGPLv3 LICENSE file recognized by Github, showing a nice summary in the Github view of the file. I don't have a personal preference of license, but we should decide on one, include its LICENSE file, and mention it in the README.md.
We should review all MEGA65 repos and make sure they have appropriate license declarations. This issue is for mega65-tools.
