First working version of a useable etherload tool. Needs a latest development bitstream installed, including its latest ETHLOAD.M65 on the sdcard. Feature is enabled via dip switch #2 (on Nexys #11).
Features:
Transfer of prg for both c64 and mega65 mode (automatic detection and manual mode selection)
Proper system reset after loading to get into a clean starting state with prg loaded
Loading of binary files with manual loading address
Jumping to specific address after loading
Using etherload calls in sequence to load multiple files at different addresses before starting
Disables $8000 cartridge signature on reset (can be enabled still with --cart-detect)
The reset routines for c64 and m65 are designed in a way they should work with all kinds of ROM versions.
