bit2core: always generates 8MB core files, also for 100T targets #165

In MEGAFLASH the SLOT_SIZE for A100T targets is defined to be 4MB instead of 8MB (which is only used for A200T platforms).

bit2core is unaware of this and will always create a 8MB core file (if BANNER.M65 is attached).
