CORETOOL: combine all core tools into one and add display and edit functions #166

It would be nice to have bit2core and bit2mcs combined as coretool, plus functionality to display core header fields and change them (like changing version string or boot flags).

Also stop using C for that and use a language with nice features. So it's python!
