GENERAL: Cleanup of any unused tools, and add any required tools

Some tools within this repo might've reached their used-by date and we can cull them (such as that diskmenu_c000, which has been superceded by the freeze menu's disk selector tool).

On the other side of the coin, there are probably some tools that need to be added into the TOOLS build list, such as:

• bin/mega65_ftp.exe (i.e., cross compile the windows version via mingw64)
• bin/m65.exe
• bin/bit2core + bin/bit2core.exe
• bin/bit2mcs + bin/bit2mcs.exe

Think I should try add a few of these directly on master now, just so on the next pull-request merge, we definitely get some of those missing binaries (especially the ones for windows users)

Ah right, that seems to have worked for the additional binaries, they've shown up on the "CI-latest" release tag:

As for what things to delete, will need to ponder that through another time.

NOTE: (06/05/2022) He has also mentioned that monitor_load functionality has migrated into the m65 tool, so perhaps monitor_save functionality could also move into m65 tool one day.
