The option -b, which did allow to load a bitstream using the external fpgajtag tool, is no longer operational. One caus eis that fpgajtag no longer compiles, nor is it bundled in the builds.
Gurce confirms that it is a old option and probably not longer used by anyone.
So this should be removed, as it might cause confusion. Use m65 instead to push a bitstream.
