M65: Add d64 support #49

We need support for d64 and d81 uploading to the m65. This has become a blocking problem for our further development.

Not too sure what it'd entail, but I suspect this might be a bit more complicated than adding d64 support solely to the m65 tool.

I suspect it'd also require some kind of support on the mega65-side.

D64 Support is a ROM/Core issue. Uploading files is not done by m65 but by mega65_ftp. So this issues seems not very good defined to me, therefor I will be closing it.
