Improve BLNK register description #574

The VIC-II BLNK register D011.4 is currently documented in the register auto-doc as "disable display." This gives the false impression that a setting of 1 disables the display, when it's actually 0 that disables the display. Improve this as: "Enable display: 0 = blank the display, 1 = show the display"
