Document MegaInfo in User's Guide #581

The UG2e section introducing the Freezer menu should have a brief description and screenshot of the MegaInfo utility. Introducing this early will help people learn about the state of the machine, and will give them a tool to confirm system state when diagnosing and reporting issues.
