International & ASCII keyboard layout info #73

The appendix on special key codes etc should also include the MEGA65 ASCII/International keyboard layouts. This includes both the missing ASCII symbols that are front-printed on the keys, as well as the ALT codes for various Latin1 symbols. Ask Paul or look at the tables in matrix_to_ascii.vhdl on unstable branch of https://github.com/mega65/mega65-core.

Ideally we should show the overhead diagram view of the keyboard for each modifier held for both C64/C65 mode, and then the ASCII/international mode for native MEGA65 software.

The appendix "The MEGA65 Keyboard" appears to have this information in it today. Resolving. Please re-open if more work is needed.
