Re-do all routing #43

All re-routing has been done from scratch. Please review and provide feedback.

Few notes:

Short circuit on component M3 (via on pad) and hole on the pad
Hole on the pad on component D10
Hole to hole clearance (via on pad on component M3 and hole on same pad)
Width constraints for VBAT trace (the rule is 1mm but the trace is 1.2mm)
SMD Neck-DOwn constrains (trace is the same size as a pad or little bigger)
