Revert "Update submodules" #268

Reverts MEN-Mikro-Elektronik/13MD05-90#266

@JFriesz, Can you please review this changes and make sure this #ifdef does not break compilation?

Sorry, must have slipped through.. Removed the #else branch - see updated mdis_include_com_men
