Info about CellProfiler pipeline #42

I've requested this again and don't have an update on when I'll get it. I wanted to put this into the provenances of the raw files but felt it was best to have them without the github link instead of not having the raw files at all.

Will be great to have link to GH and/or provenance, but as an initial change would be to make sure there's text/image in the wiki that gives at least high-level view (I added an image, let's make sure it's not out of date)

For viz purposes it really should be opposite (he forks from here).
