    • people who have previously visited the site
    • people we already know who are interested in LINCS data
  2. How do we want to contact them?
    • When they land on the MEP-LINCS Synapse page
    • Via a mailing list
    • Via the Synapse discussion forum
  3. What do we want to tell them?
    • New data release
    • New analysis completed
    • New presentation about LINCS
  4. When do we tell them?
    • At the time of a data release
    • On a regular basis (every 3/6 months)
