I realized theres a problem with the controlls on a specific game. This game is Dragon Ball Z battle of the gods. At the menu of the game its like its doing one extra movement for example u press right (with analog or dpad) it like its doing double right. Not all the time but very often. same for all directions. But this is only happening at the menus and can easily be seen at character selection. Deactivating the plugin and everything was working i activated and same issue was happening (it used to do the same at remaPSV2)
