This suggestion is related to the read/write script: https://github.com/MESH-Model-Test-Group/MESH-Scripts/tree/master/Pre-Processing/Input_files/Write_ini_tpl_files

It would be good to add to the read/write script for the .ini/.tpl files to be able to read an existing .ini file and write to the ParamValues.csv document. This could be useful when basing a parameter set off and existing version and only changing a few values. #
