Plugins still enabled that shouldn't be, missing plugins on KCommons #955

Scott has found these enabled for all users on KCommons: Anthologize CommentPress Core FD Footnotes (broken) Footnotes Made Easy IssueM (should not be available to users - theme is no longer available) Knight Lab TimelineJS MathML block (broken) PressForward Print, PDF & Email by PrintFriendly (broken) ScholarPress Coins (should no longer be available) WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps) (broken) XML Sitemap Generator for Google (broken) Zotpress

There's significant disconnect, and some of these plugins (noted above) are broken and no longer work.

Can you go through to make sure all the commonses are correct?

I just realized that the missing plugins are the ones that must be enabled by the admin, but there are some that should be taken down.
