Over the course of Q2 and the beginning of Q3, this project will be a chance to pilot a series of workshop and user focused virtual events as one method of extending our user engagement efforts. The main goals of this project are to:
Begin building a virtual presence with our users and their goals
Assess successful strategies for promo leading up to workshops (emails, socials, etc.)
Develop templates for future virtual event promo, including social media graphics and language
Design structure around assessing the success of workshops and events
Evaluating community team support and effort for the full cycle of designing a workshop
Included in this pilot are several different types of events including:

Deliverables
Social media text and graphics leading up to each event (approximately two postings per week)
Invitation email to member orgs leading up to each event
Workshop slides and recording
Post workshop follow up, such as an email, blog post, social posting, etc.
1-page summary of lessons learned from the workshop pilot
