From a conversation with Hannah MacGregor:

Podcasting -

• Looking to create infrastructure for scholarly podcasting
• Looking for a single platform that produces a RSS feed and a DOI that Google Scholar can recognize
• Allows people to get it from the server or subscribe via podcatchers

Wilford Laurier tool being build that will provide forms for podcasters to fill out that will

• Export the metadata to Islandora or MODS
• Allow for import with files to a repository
• The tool will be open source and any institution could install the tool for use

Invenio tie in

• Invenio already will mint a DOI and pushes to Google Scholar
• RSS feeds relatively easy to create
• Invenio will export metadata to MODS so may be able to reverse engineer to import it
