Navigation Items Disappear in Large Viewports

Describe the bug Many items in the navigational bar at the top of the page will disappear if the viewport is 1920px wide or wider. The items that disappear are:

• The icon/link for "Help and support"
• The icon/link for "KC Home"
• The icon/link for "My KC profile"
• The icon/link for "My dashboard"
• The icon/link for "My requests"
• The icon/link for "Log out"

To Reproduce

1. Visit https://works.hcommons.org/ in a desktop browser
2. Widen the browser window to 2000px
3. Notice that navigational items disappear

Expected behavior Navigation items should not disappear for very wide viewports.
