Question mark in top nav doesn’t link to help #586

Describe the bug When the question mark "Help and support" button in the top navigation bar is clicked, it brings the user to "This site can't be reached".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to works.hcommons.org
  2. Click on the question mark button in the top navigation bar.
  3. See a page at support.undefined that says "This site can't be reached / Check if there is a typo in support.undefined".

Expected behavior Clicking the question mark button should take the user to a help and support page.
