Where is the 'Participant managment tab' in Web Collage? #84

[Andrew OU] I am trying to create a brainstorming activity in WebCollage within the ILDE. When I click on "Assign users to this group instance", a warning pops up which states "Please, first of all get the participants by the participant management tab".

However, there is no "Participant management tab" visible.

It is weird trying to assign users when (I deduce from the screen) you have not gone through the "Implement as" option in ILDE (in which you say the VLE - and hence, the participants - you want to use). At this stage, we recommend following the worksheet in https://docs.google.com/a/metis-project.org/document/d/1LXI3ZCUvRiX4iUPR48OD4rI4ykMPOVFJZ68ZAn8M4W8/edit#heading=h.yv2l37x27o6m :)

Anyway, the thing is that the "Assign users" option should not appear until the user has gone through the "Implement" step. We will fix that.
