WebCollage Group pattern management - explanation needed #85

[Andrew OU] If I click on "Manage group policy" in WebCollage I am presented with an interface offering options to "Add group number pattern" and "Add student assignation pattern".

I do not understand the options e.g. Fixed Group Number
Fixed Group Size
Expert Groups
Jigsaw Groups so I can not make an informed choice. There needs to be some help here, e.g. so users understand the difference between "Fixed Group Number" and "Fixed Group Size". I can guess, but I am not sure!

The group patterns options should not appear unless you have gone through the "Implement" step in ILDE. We will fix that.

Also, we should add the help message when it is present in the interface.
