WebCollage Group pattern management - move up, move down does not work #86

[Andrew OU] If I select several options via 'Add group number pattern' e.g. Fixed Group Number
Fixed Group Size
Expert Groups

If I hover over any of these I see an 'move up', 'move down' or both dialog. Howver, liking on 'move up' or 'move down' has no effect.

The group patterns options should not appear unless you have gone through the "Implement" step in ILDE. We will fix that.
