explain all control sequences with optional argument for alternative texts in template.tex, i.e. \section, \subsection, ...
remove dummy optional arguments from productive code in template.tex as authors and editors occasionally forget to remove it unless needed
is there an alternative pdf text for \title?

done the alternative text in \title must be supplied with the aid of \texorpdfstring
