Add new analysis #3

Add analysis: temperature from edf data (single + group); activity from edf data (single + group); emg normalize (integrative, only group); metabolism (single + group).

Fix saving format (excel, each raw is a subject, each columns a parameters i.e. time course). Each sheet a condition

Spike analysis: import of plexon, tdt and nex (from native data) files. Import of h5py of timestamps and/or waveforms (columns are channels, raw timestamps in seconds).

Basic analysis of detection, sorting, correlation and cell counts
