Adds:

A pull request template
A readme with instructions on how to clone the repo and contribute to it
A JavaScript module, members.js, to be used for storing the member's data

@MFarmiloe once you've reviewed the code please merge this and then you can clone the repo to your local machine to start development.

Resolves #2
