Website small tweaks and improvements. Now pushes robots.txt to the actual website and cleans up some wording in the readme and website footer.

I generated the documentation and it looks good to me. I also checked that the sitemap would be found correctly. If you want to remove all $ characters before commands, I think you missed this these:

Good call. Thanks. The reason to remove $ before commands is so that people can just copy paste them quickly. I will fix these remaining ones then merge.
