Some of the docs pages have markdown issues.
E.g.,
the table in section 4 of this page https://mflowcode.github.io/documentation/md_case.html
the end of section 3 near "'modelscale', 'modelrotate" of the same page: https://mflowcode.github.io/documentation/md_case.html
Also the references section and the links to it, e.g., those in section 6 of the above page, do not work. We should just get rid of it and use DOIs for the reference links.
