Mount Tentacles to Rail #8

Connect each of the 24 tentacles to power on the power rail, in a way that keeps them connected.

Best idea so far was for two velcro straps heat-shrinked onto the end of the tentacle, that can be wrapped around the power rail and attached to itself. Thanks @JustinEbert

We have taped velcro to the tentacles, allowing them to be hung from the rail. Velcro needs trimming and black tape needs whitening, but let's leave that to #16.
