What is the scope of this package? What is it for?

A nicely written README.md file also gets rendered nicely on the GitHub page.

Hi Joey. Thanks for the suggestions & questions. The project isn't entirely transitioned to the repo yet. We're working to push out various things (including what you mention), and it'll be a steady process over the next month or so, as we're going to then really encourage beta testing in May. I'll be more able to connect on specific issues at that point. Great to know there's interest.
