Scope of package? #5

In addition to MG-RAST interface, there seems to be code for analysis.

Does this belong in an interface package, or is it perhaps better placed in separate package?

The package has two main functions - (1) import of Kbase data trough the Kbase API and (2) analysis tools for said data

The API client has been split into a separate package. http://github.com/MG-RAST/MGRASTer
