Is it related to python version?

WARNING: Can not call software version for bowtie2

Hi, We are running Humann v3.0+galaxy1 version on our galaxy instance. But it is giving me above bowtie error. We do have bowtie2.2 versionn installed but it is still showing the error. Please help!
