What does the output of the minimap script mean? #14

Dear authors,

Thanks very much for your tool. When I ran the minimap_out_sum.py script, I got two outputs. The format is listed below. But I do not know what the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th columns mean. Can you give me some instruction?

I think the 2nd column is the total length of the contig and the 3rd column is the length aligned with other conrigs. The 4th column is the percentage. (3rd / 2nd).
