guest view nav bar has been upgrade with dropdown theming which makes more nice look to the startup page

Hi,

Thank you for your contribution. This application is just a demonstration of how to use DataTables in combination with Bootstrap in Laravel. It's not an actual programm that solves a particular problem but more a showcase demonstrating a technique.

So I'm not going to incorporate your PR because it's pure esthetical and not improving the core techniques.
