[x] Be able to create a channel when user send /join #channel
[x] Send messages when client joins channel according to protocol (channel topic + user list)
[x] update user list for everyone in channel when new user joins

I think this is done: When the user joins the channel it receives a message with the topic + the users list -> this User list is being send to everyone every time someone news join so it can be updated
