Write a module for the top level design of the Display unit.

The module should:

Instantiate a display signal generator for the resolution and framerate that we want to use.
Integrate the display signal generator with the framebuffer and CLUT to get output pixel color.
Output the generated and fetched pixel color to the VGA output interface.
