Primitive Assembler

Write a module that does primitive assembly.

The module should:

• Read out the index buffer of the object as well as projected vertex data
• If one of it's vertexes are marked as "Invalid", disregard the triangle for now as it will be outside the view frustum
• Push assembled triangle to render queue, where it's bounding box will be computed and compared with the raster tiles
