Mesh and index buffer

A module to cache the mesh data for the current model being rendered.

The module should:

• Have a buffer for the vertex data of the mesh
• Have an index buffer for the face data of the mesh
• Be able to be both written to and read from
• Have separate ports for r/w to the vertex and index buffers
• Register the ID of the mesh cached
