Not showing appointments all month #83

When adding an appointment over several month, the appointment isn't shown in 
the end of some month (see the attached images). This is a problem at for 
instance Oct 2010 and may 2010. When changing the first day in week to Monday 
the wrong month is instead at Aug 2010 and so on.

This problem can be reproduced, just run the attached file and jump 
forward/backward.

Hi

We have now purchased a license for the calendar (contact me with mail if you 
would like the order number). We have a delivery in like a month and need this 
to work. This is a high priority bug for us! Is there a plan to fix this?
