Update CRE module jsdocs
Fix CRE stat caching
Remove CRE aggresive feature flag since cache now works
Use trap math to accurately calculate trap power and bonuses

PR looks to fix calculations of trap power since we can't rely on user.trap_power. CRE now agrees with Mini CRE 2.0.

⚠️ If you decide you don't want to remove the aggressive feature flag I can drop that commit. But caching works correctly now and I don't think it's necessary.
