This one I haven't tried, but I wanted to note it down before I forget it.
What happens if I provide an Excel with some Ensembl IDs that are not found in the sc object? A warning message to the user would be nice.
And also there is a difference between the genes in "RNA" and "SCT", so some genes might be found in one but not the other.
