MHKiT-MATLAB provides the marine renewable energy (MRE) community tools for data processing, visualization, quality control, resource assessment, and device performance.
These relative paths did not resolve on my Windows machine, and I believe these new changes will now also resolve on other OS's. All tests in this file pass locally. If this looks okay let me know if I should just push similar changes that likely need to be made to other files.
