Delft3D z calculation #189

Addressing issue #172

This updated the z output to be "depth" from the water surface. In addition to "depth" this also outputs "water level" as the displacement in water height form the zero water level.

Hey Emily from the commit history it looks like you did not create your feature branch changes on the latest Development branch so it is showing that you changed 109 files which makes review difficult. Could you create a new feature branch and resubmit the PR from the head of the development branch to make the review more manageable?
