delete button on catalogform page #101

the client has tried to use the delete button for editing catalogs and cause 
linkage broken on db level. is disabling the button the best solution to this 
problem?

No row with the given identifier exists: [local.tux.app.model.Catalog#195]; 
nested exception is org.hibernate.ObjectNotFoundException: No row with the 
given identifier exists: [local.tux.app.model.Catalog#195

yes.
Disabled the delete button is the best solution.
