drop down menu, should overlap the thumbnail for ie.

Suppose to have 13 items on dal subcatalog.

however, the menu doesn't overlap the thumbnails when you scroll to the top on 
ie. Resulting not all the items get displayed on the menu.

To reproduce: go to subcatalog using IE. os windows xp, vista

scr2.jpg perfectly normal when you scroll to the bottom of the page.€

scr1.jpg you will see few items didn't show up because of out of the length. 

NOTE: Will see this problem too on other browser too if user put a long list 
for that particular layer of catalog.

This is a known issues. I think I have discussed with you before.
it happened to all the browsers not only IE or Windows.

the work around is to set the fixed height on this page so it will always goes 
down instead of "menu is trying to determine the length and place the menu 
accordingly"
