menu doesn't line up properly #25

when you go into the home page, and if you check the menu, all the items get 
shifted down for 
some reason

oh sorry, i forgot to say only when I am at the home page...it should be my 
problem screwing somewhere about 
the menu. this can be seen only when a user is logged in i.e. admin mode.

if you see the picture, all the menu i.e. home, contact us,,,, all get shifted 
down.

i've played with lenght/width setting in the menu-config.xml and menu.jsp. it 
looks 
like its something else causing this, it could be css problem? not sure where 
it went 
wrong. any words on this Ben?
