update subscribe? #36

as I go through the web site.

I think you have introduced a lots of functionality. Do they needed in the
first release?

some of the new features as below.

1). get updated via email. 

2). Latest Post.

3). Archive.

4). List of Festival.

please let me know what features I should implement.

no, none of them is required on the first release.

1) Get updated via email, is ideally for non-register users to get news by 
subscribing their email, so we need a 
form.

2 and 3) are sorta similar, the idea is like a news room, which show all the 
news that have been posted.

4) List of Festival, is a static page, info will be provided.
