Default form went wrong on IE #69

any form originated from the default framework, i.e. productlist, productxxx 
form all mess up on IE.

the reason behind it are

I am still seeing a lot of ill formed html 

I am still seeing </img> tags (eg. home.jsp)
more than one id has the name "sub", "divider" etc....

this are the weirness you see in the IE.

ok, will pay attention to the duplicated tag. about the </img>, i thought i 
searchd the whole app for this. some leftover ones are still there apparently.
